1. Investment (capital solo or collective) should not be less than
Php 80,000.00. This is equivalent to reprinting of 1,000 copies. In case of redemption of the capital, 6-mont h grace period, or when the books invested will be totally sold, whichever is
earlier.
2. Investor/s together/collectively receive 10% roy alty
on net sales of the book (title) invested; the report of royalty share shall be
every 6 mont hs
or when the book invested are fully sold, whichever is earlier to the bank
account of the investor
Formula: Royalty = Selling price – (printing cost + bookstore consignment fee)
Example
for Idol Ko Si Sir: Royalty = [275 – (72 + 110)] x (10%)
3. Investor’s name (or pseudonym) will be printed
in the copyright page of the invested book under “Produced by”
5. The above provisions will be signed by both
parties in a contract; revision to the contract shall be made with one mont h advanced notice.
